Do you have products available quickly?
Yes. Many products are available quickly depending on the category and manufacturer. If you’re working on a tight schedule, let us know and we’ll help guide you toward options that fit your timeline.
Can I purchase materials without using design services?
Absolutely. You can purchase products directly, and our team can still help you choose the right materials for your project. If you want a full layout and renderings, we can do that too.
Do you offer contractor pricing or discounts?
Yes. We offer contractor pricing. Discount structure can vary by product category and volume. Contact us or stop in and we’ll go over the details.
Can I bring my client into the showroom?
Yes — and we encourage it. It helps clients make confident decisions when they can see materials in person. We can also help guide selections so the project stays realistic and buildable.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Appointments are recommended so we can give you dedicated time, but walk-ins are welcome. If you’d like to meet with a designer and review measurements, product options, and pricing, scheduling ahead is the best experience.
Can you help with design if I don’t know where to start?
Yes. A big part of what we do is helping you narrow options and build a plan that fits your space, style, and budget. If you’re unsure where to begin, bring photos of your space (and inspiration if you have it) and we’ll guide you from there.
What should I bring to my first visit?
If possible, bring:
• Measurements of the space
• Photos of each wall
• Inspiration photos or styles you like

What brands or products do you carry?
We offer a wide range of products including cabinetry, tile, flooring, showers, windows, doors, and exterior products. Brand availability can change as we expand, but some of our core partners include MSI, United Weavers, Wolf (cabinetry/showers/exterior), ProVia, KHPP, Yorktowne, and Mid Continent, along with our Montour Station Cabinet Collections (Essential, Craft, Heritage).

Do you offer installation?
Installation options are available depending on your project. We work with a trusted network of experienced installers and construction professionals we’ve partnered with for many years. These are teams we know well and confidently recommend based on quality and reliability.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom project usually take?
Timelines vary depending on project scope, product selections, and lead times. Many products are available quickly, while others may require additional ordering time. Once we review your project details and selections, we can provide a realistic timeline and help guide the process from planning through completion.
Do you provide estimates or pricing?
Yes. We can provide general price ranges early on, and more accurate estimates once we have measurements, selections, and project details. Bringing measurements and photos helps us move faster and be more accurate.
